Blizzard Blue corseted ponyby ~Woosie

This My Little Pony custom was originally a G3 My Little Pony named Petal Blossom. I removed her original pink hair and replaced it with Saran hair from [link] in many shades of blue and white. See a tutorial on hair rerooting by me here: [link] I then hand sculpted a corset and boots with Apoxie Clay from [link] onto the pony, painted it with acrylics and then a sealant for protection. I also repainted the eyes an ice blue color with dark silvery eyeshadow. The earmuffs are also handmade by me and are removable.
