White Rose pegasus ponyby ~Woosie

This is the second in the set of custom pegasus ponies I made as a private commission for Lovelauraland. The other in the set is Pink Rose. The White Rose pegasus was made from a G3 My Little Pony named Blossomforth that was rehaired with Katsilk hair in Platinum White. The wings are Apoxie Clay over wire and were my first pair made outstretched from the body, so they aren't perfect and I've gotten better since this one was made. The symbol is of a white rose. The wings, symbol and eyes were painted in acrylics and sealed. The tiara is made from beading wire, white seed beads and cultured pearls.

Gorgeous wings! Do you have a tutorial on how you made them? Beautiful pony :) Looking at making some myself and starting off with little 2 inch ponies.

Culd you tell me how you get the wings to stay in place. I don't want to copy your feather technique, I just want to know how to make the wings stay in place. Also, how do you ship them without the wings and other sculpted features breaking?
